Welcome to Stippa
With Stippa your customers book their own appointments through your personal booking link. Five steps and you are ready.
Step 1: Fill in your business profile
Go to Settings and fill in your business name, contact details and time zone. Your time zone decides the times customers can book, so it matters more than it looks.
Step 2: Create a service
Go to Services and click New service. Fill in:
- The name of the service ("Haircut", or "30-minute consultation")
- How long it takes, in minutes
- The price, if you want one
- Whether customers have to pay up front
Save the service.
Step 3: Set your availability
Go to Availability and say which days and hours you work. You set a start and an end time for each day separately.
Customers can only book at times you have made available.
Step 4: Share your booking link
Go to Settings and copy your booking link. Share it on your website, in your Instagram bio, over WhatsApp or in your email signature.
You can also embed the widget in your website. The embed code is on the same page.
Step 5: Make a test booking
Open your booking link in a new tab (or a private window) and make a test appointment. Check that you get a confirmation email and that the appointment appears in your calendar.
Done? Then you are ready for your first real bookings.
