What is Stippa?
Online appointment software with a fixed price
Stippa is online appointment software for independent hairdressers, barbers and small beauty salons in the Netherlands. You share one booking link (stippa.nl/your-business), clients schedule their own appointment, and Stippa automatically sends confirmations and reminders. You pay a fixed amount per month: no commission per client and no per-booking transaction fees.

What does it really cost?
From 9 euros a month if you work alone, and 39 euros for a business with a team. That's the whole amount: no commission on your takings and no fee per booking. If you let clients pay online, the payment provider charges its own transaction fee, and you see that up front.
I am not technical. Can I do this myself?
Yes. If you can post on Instagram, you can do this. You fill in your services and your opening hours, and the rest is already there. If you get stuck, we'll walk you through it personally.
What about clients who prefer to call?
They keep calling. You add them to the same calendar yourself, in a few taps. Booking online is an extra door, not a replacement for the one you already had.
Do I have to retype my client list?
No. You import your clients in one go from an Excel or CSV file. If you have an export from your current software, it usually works straight away.
What if a client doesn't turn up?
Stippa sends a reminder automatically and lets clients reschedule themselves, which prevents most of them. For the rest you can ask for a deposit from new clients or on long treatments. You decide who.
Am I tied into anything?
No. You start with 14 days free without payment details, and after that you pay monthly. You cancel yourself with one button in your settings. No notice period and no phone call.
Who owns my data?
You do. You can export your clients and appointments at any time, including when you leave. We don't sell your data and we don't put your clients on a marketplace where your competitor is listed too.
