How many staff members can I add?
Up to 4 on the Groei plan, up to 10 on Pro. For larger teams, contact us about the Zakelijk plan.
Can staff members log into Stippa?
Yes. You invite a colleague and they get their own login. You pick a role with the invitation: an admin can change everything, an employee can look without editing. Somebody in your calendar doesn't need a login at all, you can also just schedule them.
Can a client choose a specific staff member when booking?
Yes, clients can indicate a preference when booking. You can also disable this so Stippa assigns automatically.
How do I set a day off for a staff member?
Via schedule management you can set exceptions per staff member, such as days off, holidays, or different hours.
What if I only have one staff member?
Then Stippa works as a solo system. You can add staff members at any time without reconfiguring.
