What are limits?
Limits cap how many staff members or services you can create.
Once you are at the maximum for your plan, you cannot create new ones until you move up a plan.
You get a notification in the dashboard as you approach a limit and when you reach it.
What if I am already at the limit?
The staff members and services you already have keep working exactly as they are. You just cannot create new ones, and customers can still book the services that exist.
Can I switch plans mid-period?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. An upgrade takes effect immediately. A downgrade takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for.
