What is the public profile?
The public profile is the page customers land on when they click your booking link. It carries:
- Your business name
- A description of your salon
- Your booking widget
Where do I set it up?
Go to Settings > Public profile.
What can you set?
- Business name: the name customers see on the booking page
- Description: a short piece about your salon, what you specialise in, what it is like
- Profile photo or logo: the image at the top of the page
Your booking link (the slug)
The slug is the unique part of your booking URL, /kapper-anna for instance. You can change it under Settings > Public profile.
Careful: changing the slug breaks the old link. Share the new one through your Instagram bio, your website and WhatsApp.
Being found online (SEO)
Your booking page has a unique URL that search engines like Google index. A full description and your business name improve the odds of customers finding you that way.
