Hosting and infrastructure

The web application is hosted by Vercel Inc. (440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, United States). The database is hosted within the European Union by Supabase Inc. Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd.

Dispute resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR): ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer dispute committee, partly because Stippa is aimed exclusively at business customers.
